Rhonda White

RhondaWhite

Rhonda White is co-founder of the Terry White Chemists Group and Managing Director of White Retail Group Pty Ltd. She began the business with Terry White after graduating with a Diploma of Pharmacy from the Queensland Institute of Technology (QIT) in 1963.

After watching the business grow to 110 branches over the space of 10 years, Rhonda identified the need to develop systems and disciplines for innovative retail management practices to respond to emerging retail pressures. Combining her skills as a pharmacist and organisational psychologist, Rhonda has been able to continuously adapt to changes within the industry.

She has been awarded numerous awards, including the 2000 Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World, Star Group International Award in Venice, the 2000 National Business Bulletin - Business Star of the Year in 2004, and, in 2004, the Pharmacy Guild Distinguished Service Award for services to the pharmacy industry in Australia.

Rhonda has served on several boards, including the Energex Retail Board, Australian College of Natural Medicine, Nudgee College Formation Board and the Queensland Cancer Fund Volunteers Committee.

Rhonda continues to own and operate a number of pharmacies throughout Australia. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts and Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Psychology.
